Annual Membership

Welcome to the GRCWA membership page - Our Membership year runs from 1st November to 31st October with a roll-over period beginning 1st August.

The Golden Retriever Club of Western Australia, Inc. (GRCWA) is dedicated to preserving and protecting healthy, loving, multi-purpose golden retrievers.  We are a member club of the Australian National Golden Retriever Council (NGRC) and we are sanctioned by the Australian National Kennel Council (ANKC) for Speciality Shows and Retrieving Trials. 

Our membership consists primarily of golden enthusiasts in Western Australia, however, we have members in other states of Australia as well.

To apply for the Complimentary Annual Membership offered with the purchase of a puppy from A Registered Breeder who is a member of the GRCWA Inc and for payments via direct deposit or cheque please go to the club's Offline Payments Membership Form 

Renewal Membership Form
  • Single Full membership: An adult that owns a Golden Retriever registered with Dogswest or state equivalent in his or her name (please enter dog's details below)
  • Joint Full Membership: Two adults residing at the same address that have a Golden Retriever registered with Dogswest or state equivalent in his or her name (please enter dog's details below)
  • Associate membership: Adults who do not own a Golden Retriever registered with Dogswest or state equivalent in his or her name (all members privileges except the right to vote or stand for office)
  • Junior membership: Anyone under the age of 18 years (all members privileges except the right to vote or stand for office)

Club Membership runs from 1st November to 31st October. Applications received after 1st August apply to the following year.

I/We apply for membership of Golden Retriever Club of WA (Inc). I understand that the subscription is from November to October. 

I/We agree to be bound by the rules, by-laws and Code of Ethics of the Golden Retriever Club of WA Inc. and agree to abide by any decisions or directives of the Club.

I/We agree to be party only to honourable dealings which reflect favourably on the breed and the Club.
